Our restaurant has seating for thirty, and the cuisine is built around a healthy, environmentally friendly diet and uses seasonal ingredients typical of local traditions. Ingredients are home-grown and some products, - including pear and blackberry marmalades, limes, tangerines, oranges, figs, chili peppers, chickpeas, tomato puree, special sauces, and some typical bean varieties - have been assigned an official Biological Certification. Moreover, the farm produces excellent organic oil and organic wheat, whose flour is used in making pasta, bread and pizza.
Villa Cirimarco is ideal for organizing anything from small banquets to intimate aperitifs, whether in the restaurant or in the privacy of the old cellars, where you can enjoy the cozy plasterwork of earth and straw. Open all year round, reservations are recommended for non-guests.
